Our Family Fee Calculator allows parents to estimate their expected contribution based on household size and income, ensuring that the program remains affordable for all.     Start the enrollment process by submitting the form below. An Enrollment Specialist will reach out within 24 hours to answer your questions and help with next steps.
  3. Collect Documents for Enrollment
    Lastly, you’ll need to provide the following documentation for enrollment:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Health Physical
    • One Month of Pay Stubs
    • Proof of Residency –Employment not required
