Sánchez is a community school focused on providing meaningful student-centered learning experiences. Sánchez prioritizes purposeful small group instruction for literacy and math that is responsive to the needs of our diverse student body. Sánchez’ student centered learning is fun, active, challenging, meaningful and collaborative.
At Sánchez, students are placed at the center of their learning through our community meetings and Crew Council. Community meetings are led by our students designed to highlight student learning, achievement, and student voice. The Crew Council is a group of students who represent their classmates and are the voice of their class. They help to make decisions about enhancing their school community through meetings with administration.
At Sánchez we follow the PEER Code, which is a collection of character traits that help ensure the success of all students through Perseverance, Enthusiasm, Exploration, and Respect.
Sánchez operates as a crew- always supporting the growth and development of the whole child through continuous improvement and innovation. #wearecrew
